“Funny story: I won five of the DJPEPE famous cards at the first New Art Academy conference we organized at NYU in 2019. Most of the people in the room were from the art world and had no idea what a rare pepe was, let alone Rarescrilla. So let’s stay it was a steal. But since then I got to learn more and get into the Rare Pepe amazing community. Many times, when NFTs exploded in 2021, we could look at the so-called innovations and were able to say: Rare Pepe did that already. For example, unlockable content became popular in 2021 but this DJPEPE card from 2016 already offered music as unlockable content to the card holders. DYOR!“

What I love about this work
